By creating an account or using the ChemSweep platform ("ChemSweep," "we," "us"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, do not use ChemSweep.
ChemSweep is software that helps dental offices organize, digitize, and cross-reference Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical inventory information for OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) recordkeeping purposes. ChemSweep is an organizational tool and does not itself constitute regulatory compliance, legal advice, or a compliance guarantee.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your dental office to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You are solely responsible for:
You agree not to: misuse the platform to violate any law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' data; reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without written permission; or upload content you do not have the right to upload (see Section 7).
ChemSweep Solutions LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the ChemSweep software, design, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the data and documents (including SDS files) you upload. By uploading an SDS, you represent that you have the right to store and use that document within ChemSweep — typically satisfied by uploading the manufacturer's own published SDS for a product you use.
ChemSweep uses AI-assisted extraction to read SDS documents and populate chemical, CAS number, and first-aid information. This is a convenience feature, not a certified or verified transcription. Extraction errors can occur. You are responsible for verifying displayed information against the actual manufacturer SDS.
Use of ChemSweep does not guarantee that your office will pass an OSHA inspection, avoid citations, or satisfy any specific regulatory requirement. OSHA compliance remains your office's sole legal responsibility as the employer.
ChemSweep is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChemSweep Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including regulatory fines, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of the platform. ChemSweep's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
See the full Liability Waiver for complete terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChemSweep Solutions LLC from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you maintain an active account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access ChemSweep ends; you may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
You may request an export of your chemical inventory and uploaded SDS documents at any time by contacting us. We will provide a reasonable export format within a reasonable timeframe.
ChemSweep may offer optional paid onboarding assistance ("Concierge Setup"), including remote video-call support to help configure your initial inventory. These services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to the same disclaimers and limitations of liability described in Sections 9–11 above — Concierge Setup does not itself guarantee compliance or accuracy of the resulting inventory.
